REGISTRATION FEES

• Member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 120 €
• Post-graduate (PhD.) student – 55 €
• Undergraduate students and retired (non-working) participants: FREE (limited; access to scientific sessions guaranteed).
• Non-member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 130 €
• Accompanying person – 90 € (fee includes free entrance to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and welcome drink)
• At the time of registration on the desk:
  Member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 140 €
  Non-member of SAS, CAS, SHS or CHC – 150 €

Registration fee includes:

• Access to the scientific sessions
• Congress materials (congress bag and badge with the programme)
• Publication of abstract in the „Conference Programme and Abstracts“ book
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome Drink
• Aula Magna excursion with refreshments on the 8^th of September

The registration fee does not include the following:

• Lunch – 16 €/day (September 8, 9, 2023)
• Social Evening – 35 €/Vegetarian Menu – 35 €

Registration cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be e-mailed to the organiser

• Before July 15, 2023: 50% will be refunded
• After July 15, 2023: No refunds after this date

ABSTRACT FORM

The text should provide a brief summary of the findings of the contribution via electronic form in English. It should be 300 words (1530 characters, including spaces). Each abstract should contain a sentence stating the study objectives (unless given in the title): a brief statement of methods, if pertinent; a summary of results obtained; and conclusions; there is no need for subheadings for these sections. The abstract body should be presented as one single paragraph.
